Registration

No child can attend camp unless they are registered, and no child is considered registered until all information is complete and a parent or legal guardian signs the form. If information is missing, the spot could be given to someone else.

*** Registration 2010 ***

Date: Saturday April 24th
Time: 8:00 am to 10:30 am
Place: Hall of St. John the Apostle Church, 2340 Baseline Road

There will be absolutely no access to the church property to line up or to park until 6:30am. Because this request has not been respected in previous years, it will be strictly enforced this year.

Please Note: doors will open at 8:00 am and close promptly at 10:30 am. Coffee, drinks and donuts will be sold in the parking lot. For additional information, please see below and checkout our F.A.Q. page.

Registration Procedures:

In order to streamline the registration process we have revised our procedures.  Follow these steps from start to finish, and you’ll be registered to go to camp.

Step 1:

Decide when you what week you want to go to camp.   Some schools have suggested weeks, (see F.A.Q. click here) and some do not.  You may select whatever week suits your vacation plans to attend camp.

Step 2:

Gather your information.  In order to complete your registration you need:

Step 3:

Download and complete the information form available below.    In order to save time on Registration Day, and to cut down on missing information, we’ve made the information section of the registration form downloadable this year.    Download the forms, print them out (if possible make a double sided print out) and fill it in completely.     Make sure all the information is complete.   Your child is not considered registered until the entire form is fully filled out.  Bring the completed forms with you to Registration Day.

Note:  If you cannot print out the forms, bring the necessary information with you to Registration.   Forms will be available and can be completed while waiting in line.

Step 4:

Mark April 24 on your calendar.   Registration begins at 8am.   Access to the parking lot and line up will start at 6:30am. You still need to attend registration in person to register your child.   You CANNOT send your completed form with another parent.  The parent or guardian MUST come to complete the registration process in person.   Only the parent/guardian can register their child.  Notes giving permission for someone else to register a child are not permitted, and will not be considered.

Step 5:

As in past years, when you enter the hall, you will be directed to the table which corresponds to the week you have selected to attend camp.  Volunteers will review your paperwork, and if all is in order, your sheet will be validated for the week you have selected.   You will proceed to the donation area, where your form will be collected, you can make a donation, and you can pick up a book of raffle tickets to sell.

 Step 6:

Congratulations. You’re all done!  Your child is registered to attend camp.
